Abstract
Fluidic force microscopy (FluidFM) is a biophysical technique for precise, non-destructive single-cell manipulation. It allows researchers to extract cytoplasm from living cells while keeping them viable. These cytoplasmic biopsies enable sensitive, low-input RNA-seq, so scientists can profile the same cell’s transcriptome multiple times.
With FluidFM, you can observe real-time cellular responses to drugs, differentiation signals, and other stimuli. This temporal single-cell profiling creates new opportunities in cell biology, pharmacology, and related fields.
